Prior to commencement of work and at the conclusion of the contract, all Al Fahad and contractor personnel will attend induction and post-job briefings. This induction will be presented either initially or as personnel are introduced to the site. A post-job brief will be conducted at the conclusion of all work to obtain personnel feedback and to identify lessons learned. Safety Briefings consist of providing short training sessions that specifically address the hazards and controls for the work to be performed that day.
