Our Scope of work goes beyond merely disposing of land-mines and explosive hazards mitigation. We conduct a multitude of activities aimed at the relief of risks facing communities across Iraq. We are a significant element of Iraq’s recovery and reconstruction efforts.
This Agreement is made and is effective this 2nd day of April, 2016, by and between Sterling International Group, LLC., located at 2229 Old Highway 95, Lenoir City, Tennessee, 37771 (hereinafter referred to as “Sterling”), and Al-Fahad Mines Removal Limited Liability Company, located at Building 12, 17th July Street, Ramadi, Al Anbar, Iraq, (hereinafter referred to as “Subcontractor”). For the purposes of this Agreement, SIG and Subcontractor may be collectively referred to as the “Parties "or individually referred to as a “Party”.
Al-Fahd Company contracted with the American GA nous Company and Sterling Company to carry out investigations and clearing of all infrastructures in Al-Anbar Governorate and Ninawa Governorate , which are considered destructive or semi-destructive as a result of terrorist and military actions. The company has made every effort to cleanse the areas as quickly as possible so that the displaced families can return to their homes. This subcontract is based on the original contract which have been signed by the First Party with UNMAS (which will be called here “the Customer”), which is a Threat and Impact Assessment to be executed in Ramadi - Al Anbar Province, and according to the guidance and instructions of the customer.
